and the fuckers tore the plastic rear windshield (dunno if that's what it's called). i have a '95 325i convertible which i literally just bought 2 days ago. it was in perfect condition. now it looks like shit. any idea how much this will cost me?

That sucks man. I think you would be better of finding someone who does upholstery and getting them to sew in a new plastic peice for your window.

I'm sure it would be cheaper than going to the dealer.

I had someone cut a hole on my car cover and sew in a plastic window so the cops could see my parking tag. I live on campus.

thanks, man. i'll look into it. if i went through the dealer, any idea how much it will likely set me back? it's just frustrating taking the time to wait for the perfect car for me, and someone just casually messing it up after all that effort.

I hear you. Someone took a spark plug and gouged all of my windows, I ended up replacing them all front, back sides everything. Then someone pried off my BMW emblem and scratched the hell out of my rear deck lid. That chapped my ass. <_<

The dealer might try to sell you an entirely new top, I don't know you might just have to call them and find out.
