i think a fuse would control both sides not left and right separatelly. but u can easily check, they're in ur bonnet in the plastic black box on the passenger side of the car (RHD).

"check coolant level" - that is ur window washer tank, also in ur bonnet, its white and says 2.5L on it, so just refill it and that warning will go away.

tail light and break light sometimes pop up if your the switch that controls it is a bit faulty, but in ur case it could be true. did u actually check all the bulbs?

the fact that your car is super clean doesnt mean its in super working order, anyone can clean their car up before they sell it, its the insides that are the problem usualy.

im not sure without looking but there should be a diagram on the back side of the lid for the fuse box! is that 160,000 km or miles? if its miles thats alot, i'd take it to the stealership and do a pre-purchase inspection, its not that much and it'll give u a list of all the things u need to fix and the overpriced cost of it! the thumping will be something to do with ur shock but im not sure, hopefully someone else here will help u on that!

good luck...

The Check Coolant Level isnt the window washer water level, thats your Engine COOLANT. Either the sensor is busted (not much to replace) or your coolant level is actually very low.
