my AC is messed up??

I just got my car back from this shady ass mechanic whom I paid to supposedly fix ignition coils and oxygen sensor (air flow meter) on my car. Before I brought it in my AC had NO problems but now he says when it's idle the RPM keeps revving up and when it gets put to 2 fan power the engine just shuts off. WTF. I tested this when I got my car back and it NEVER did this before. I'm positive. I didn't pay him cus he thinks i'm gonna pay him on Monday but what could be causing this?? I know he must have done something wrong.

BTW, I'm the one who's been shafted at the car wash for the damage, etc.

If you knew he was a shady ass mechanic, why did you take the car there in the first place?

I would never entrust my car to someone I did not think was worthy enough.

and now I'm paying for it.

I took it to another place just now. They say it's probably the idle controller
or something. another 300-400.
