So I've been looking around for a software upgrade for my '97 328i... but I cant seem to find any. Many for the other E36 cars, but none for the big one! Anyone know of any? Hopefully with a decent price?

Ok, that clears this up somewhat... but cant i get a software upgrade? I heard that using the OBDII port, the stock software can be re-programmed.

get the conforti software. it increases the redline to 7000 and removes the top speed limiter. i think most of the power gained comes from the extra 500 rpm's.
