my 318i can't drop the clutch

i'm just wondering why can't i drop my clutch? i drive a stock '94 318i 5-spd. like i just wonder why does it like take off roughly when i try to do fast launches? any ideas why or what can i do to to stop the clutch restriction

How worn is your clutch? what rpm are trying to launch at? maybe it's time for a new one.

rough take-off = worn clutch fingers or weak/uneven pressure of springs on your pressure plate.

change clutch pressure plate is the only remedy there; and while your tranny is down, check and see that your flywheel( the disc contact surface is smooth and unscarred-if it is, have it resurfaced... OR, there's ur chance to lighten the flywheel; since u like "launch"). good time to replace the clutch disc as well ;-)
