Well I give up. I have tried the old search button and tried seaching on google. I am looking for the e36 door handles that read "Motorsport" on the actual black door handle. Anyone???? Please????

You can't buy those handles, as far as I know. They're specific to M Technik BMW's, which were a limited prototype production run for the M3.

you may or may not be able to purchase them in europe at dealerships. you use to be able to a few years ago, not so sure anymore.

Have you called a dealership? Try that.

Have you called Bavarian Auto? Try that.

Have you tried to talk to Geronimo (one of our member with either a M-tek or found the handels and installed them) Try that.

check ebay, i was browsin the other day, & I do recall seeing those...just type: E36 bmw m3 in your search field...good luck

Gomerino has them. Either he or somebody else once posted the part number and price for them here on the boards.

The door handles actually read "BMW Motorsport" and they should be available from the dealership or Bavauto.

they are hard to find, only the mtechnik and the some e34 m5's have them as far as i know, the other problem is they are mad hard too change out while using your stock locks

hey thanks for the response guys. I will try to find that other member who's got them. I knew I saw them on someones car on here! What do you guuys think of them? It they were somewhat easy to get/install would YOU installed them?

Why are they hard to install? Is it just the black cover over the handle, or the whole door lock assembly? I had to replace my lock cylinder a few months ago, which involved removing the whole assembly. I didn't find it difficult at all. It actually took me longer to code the lock to my key than taking everything apart.
