hey guys
everytime i start up my car now and warm it up for a minute, i hear a hizzin sound from somethin...sounds like a motor going crazy...so far i have only noticed it while in neutral and dont think it happens when i am in motion ..its coming from my dashboard somewhere or could be the engine compartment. any idea ? sorry for the vague description but thats all i can think of now...thanks

I can't speak for your car, but on the E32s, the noise is the stepper motors (air distribution motors) positioning the flappers for your air distribution outlets (vents).
