can i get more power from my 94 325is if i change the cylinder head?

if you are talking about boring it out and putting in larger components, then the answer is yes, tho you won't usually get any massive increase and it's not a good idea to bore any unless it is absolutely necessary (e.i. rebuilding the motor). i would suggest you look into other options.

What were you planning to change the cylinder head to?
