my bmw 328i is very quick & extremly fast as standard,

but i would like to make it faster, if this is possible - i've already added a Scorpion Cat Back STW exhaust system

Can anyone tell me what is the best way of getting it to be faster - without spending shit loads of money on superchargers etc.

If your car is ODBI then chip it. If it's OBDII then convert it to ODBI then chip it, I don't know how much that'd cost though. jllphan's done it so he'd know more about it.

It's an OBDII, no such thing as an OBD1 328 unless it's been converted.

M3 cams and an M50 intake manifold is a popular choice. Also, lots of people have been installing lightweight pulleys to decrease engine load.
