Ok I will be home this summer making some decent money and I want to do a little more to my car. I am saving for a new engine thinking obd1 m3 engine. However in the meantime I want some more stuff. These Items must be transferable to the new engine and our not be engine related. I have about 1500-2000 to spend. If you dont know what I have already check the vb garage.

Do the suspension. Eibach ProKit springs and Koni shocks and struts FTW.

Safety before speed. Better brake pads, fluid and tires.

definately some springs, sway bars and brakes. Then if you have money left over, underdrive pullies or something like that.

I really would like suspension, but my car is already really low to the ground with my front bumper. I am maybe thinking HID, Track Pipe, Strut Bars, X-Brace, Pulleys, and R-compund tires for some track days.
