I put a K&N cold air intake and a TMS chip in my car, WOW!
A huge difference. It has alot more pull in low and mid rpms, and more responsive, not to mention the CAI makes a nice growl at WOT. (sounds like a small V-8) Anyway not sure about exact hp gains but very happy.

I was thinking about getting a chip sometime. Do you have a 325? Intakes are nice though
94BMW325i- yes i do. i have a 92' 325i with 165k on the speedo. chip works great, really makes your engine come to life. but i would recommend an intake as well. they complpiment each other well.
