Mass Air flow Sensor

Hi, does anybody here knows the correct way how to clean the MAF sensor? or if you guys know a LINK to some website or DIY would really help. thanks in advance

Buy some MAF sensor cleaner at your local auto parts store and follow the directions on the can.

Cosmos schwartz metalic Sparco strut brace factory X-brace 55w 6000k HID w/LED angel eyes smoked Lamin-X blacked out sidemarkers,tails and brakelights. DDM smoked corners and pedals. 35% tint all around, Prosport water temp and oil pressure gauges, Home Depot lip, M3 rear diffuser ASC-T delete.

Take off the intake hose and you'll see an open plastic housing about 1 inch high with two wires inside. Over time they get coated with various substances which makes them unable to transfer the air flow volume information to the computer accurately or at all. Spray CRC cleaner on liberally and ALLOW TO DRY THOROUGHLY before re-assembling. If that doesn't work, the track on the wiper arm may be worn and you will either have to move the contact further or buy a new MAF. Good Luck.
