Mashaw Fiberglass Trunk

whos got one for their e36? i just want to know because im planing on making a concept fiberglass trunk or carbon fiber trunk in 2 months with my friend and i want a head count on how many people need or have one. oh and it wont be oem looking. its gonna have a csl type lip. ill have pics up on the process. how much would you pay for one, comparing to mashaws oem and quality.

The lip will be a little smaller than found on the csl because as you all may have noticed, while using the reverse feature found on the e36, the rear end of the car archs up, and the full size csl lip would make it hard to see while you reverse. But dont worry, we will correctly engineer the trunk lip so that you will get the maximum visibility while backing up while looking great!!

and vincent ive seen a few e36's with CSL trunks on them, look pretty good. becomming less unique but still quite fresh as far as ideas that dont suck.

no im not with mashaw. but the ones uve seen probably arent one piece. the trunk i am making is going to be one piece. all fiberglass, optional carbon fiber.

I'm confused, so does one of you work for MAShaw or make CF products? I'm interested in a CF trunk for a 4 dr, anyone make one? The company I have making one for me is charging too much.

Our current name is aesthetic motorsport. We hope to make a concept of the trunk next month (march). We could do it now but Vinces car is missing a front end and thats gotta be fixed. After his 3er is fixed we will begin work on the trunk made out of fiber glass. Stay tuned...
