M50 Head Lifters???

Yello tech gurus. I am currently replacing the headgasket on my car. I want to swap out some s50 cams. M lifters have about 180k. CAn anyone guide me to a diy to replace the lifters. should I go with s50 lifters? How much should it cost for a whole set of s50 lifters?

Get new lifters, don't try and reuse old ones, not worth it. Just get the correct new lifter for whatever cylinder head you have.

So even if I have s50 cams, I should still go with the m50 lifters? How hard is it to swap these out? Do you need to remove anything else besides the cams to remove these?
