SBSD is an unknown quantity at this point
As per my other thread (engine judder), i've cleaned out the ICV which hasn't solved the problem, and my next suspicion is the o2 sensor.

I found THIS on the net about how to pull engine codes with the footpedal depression, i've also heard that the timing for this proceedure is vital and i don't seem to be getting any flash codes at all, meaning either theres no fault to display, or i'm just doing something wrong used

Any ideas or tips for getting the fault codes up?

Cheers

Sorry should have added if your engine rough at idle my best guess is air leaks on the intake system. Blank-off the air filter end of the air flow meter with the engine running and see if it stops if it doesnít listen for the air being drawn in.

Surely though that would effect the idle from cold as well?
If you read my other thread, the problem manifests when the engine warms up, from cold it ticks like a swiss watch, its only occuring with a bit of engine temp whilst i'm pulled up at lights/junctions...

unless you've any other ideas i'm going to get it plugged in and check for fault codes with a specialist next week, see if the o2 (lambda) sensor is at fault, if not, i'm drawn back to the idle control valve I think.

(p.s; i've given up trying for fault codes off the accelarator pedal, just can't seem to get it to work at all)

Cheers.
