M3 vs Urethane Bushings

I need to change my front control arm bushings on my '98 328i and I was wondering if putting M3 bushings is better then putting Urethane bushings.

If Urethane is better, where can I find a set of bushings? Should I do all the car?

Sorry if this is a repost I searched and couldnt find anything comparing Urethane to M3 in the e36 section.

Thanks

if you get 95 m3 control arms and offset bushings, or 96+ m3 control arms and centered bushings they'll give you more caster

urethane is just stiffer than stock bushings so it allows for less play in your suspension
