M3 throttle body/ intake manifold swap

I'm interested in doing an 96' M3 intake manifold and throttle body swap in my 98' 328iC. Has anyone tried this, or heard of anyone trying it. Is it worth the time and money or is it easier to get the throttle body bored out.

Of course it would be best if this mod was done along with a cold air intake system and reprogramming the computer (chip or Shark Inj.), but just wanted to get some opinions.

dont bother with the manifold its the same one, the throttle body im not certain on.

do this instead. get an M50 manifold, bore out your current throttle body then talk to my friend mark D, he will do the reprograming private message me ill get you in contact with him, (cheaper and uses the same sharking system that conforti uses)

I just read on E-Bay, that the install of an M50 Manifold onto a 328i M52 engine requires some modifications ??? Do you know anything about this? Is it a big job?
