hi guys, i have a 1995 m3 and there some weird stuff going on, and i need help here, what is wrong is, the rpm dial sometimes just dies and sometimes it just comes back up, when engine is running only. And on my on board computer it always says check washer fluid level, but i have it full. And one last thing is the outside temperature on the OBC shows -37degrees.

SOMEONE PLS HELP!!!
