M3 Exahaust Question

i just installed a m3 exhaust in my 1994 325i the car does feel better but seems like i lost torque at low rpm and also seems like i am not getting the agressive (push) or feel when it hits 5 to 6 rpm feels a bit restricted but sounds good though
is this normal or is something not going right t(ranmission been acting funny before m3 exhaust installation also )

what do you mean by tranny acting up?

it makes this weird soud whe it shifts or is about to shift
something like a bad timing chain asort of clicking
