Hey i was looking at bavengine.com and i was interested in a detailed description of what else i would need to put a 97-98 m3 engine in my 92 325is. New mounts, trans? WHAT DO I NEED? I want to know every little part lol so anyone who has done it please port.

I've got my digital camera within a couple of weeks. Then I go to the BMW junkyard where a lot of euro spec M3 engines are and making some pics. That guy who is the owner told me a while ago about what I should change. He did a swap with lots of 325 to M3. You'll hear from me!

you have to remember the 97 is OBDII, so you will need to convert to OBDI.

I got 170k miles on the block i didnt think it was smart to build it up....

OBDII was introduced in '96 and reduced the emissions further than the OBDI system.
