m-tech frontbumper help

ok does anyone know the part # for those balck plastic clips that attach our bumper to the bumper cover, i have my new bumper and i cant get the old one off the bumper itself without breaking the clips...there are like 6-8 on the front and 3 big ones underneath...

also, anyone know exactly how many screws and clips i need to attach the black lip spoiler to the bottom?

i think it was like 7 screws and 7 whie clips...not sure....
