Lucas & Lemforder - BMW Forum

Lucas - brake pads - german.
Lemforder - rotors - german.

I am replacing my brake pads and rotors in a few weeks and can get a good deal on these two brands. Anyone heard anything good/bad about them? they are going to be delivered from germany so it'll pretty much be the same as oem, thats what i've been told anyway.

Lemforder makes great parts, I re-sold some brand new meyle and kyrlen tie-rods for lemfoeder ones. they make alot of BMW's stuff. Didn't know they made rotors.
Never heard of lucas brakes either, but Lucas makes great fluids in US, not sure if it is the same company overseas though, sorry.

Brembro rotors and Hawk HPS pads for me. One thing I'm sure of that you should never be cheap about on your car: it's brakes. Once you get moving, you better be DAMN sure you can stop!
