Lowered or not? That is the question....

I recently purchased my 94 325i Cabrio. It has 17" wheels w/ 225/45R17 tires. Im curious if its lowered or its just the size of the wheels fooling my eyes. Does anyone know what the ride height should be with 17" wheels on a factory suspension. (I might have the sports package if that matters)

umm...maybe its just the rims..my car has 17's also but i have lowering springs on it...only like 1.5 in the back and in the front is 1.25 and its perfect....17's do make it look like your car is a lil dropped but 18's will scratch on mine...by the way...clean car....tell us what you do next..

Well, currently my car is rolling on Tokico HP shocks and Tokico springs....i like those rims....what kind of rims are those..??

MSR Style 138. 17x7.5, 42+ offset w/ 225/45R17 Tires. They came on the car. I bent one when I hit a pot hole doing 70 mph. I went to Les Schwab to buy a new one and they told me they didnt make them for a BMW 3 series. I laughed and told him to go take a look at my car. I got the rim fixed at another tire shop in town.
