Low Idle..O2 Sensor?

This came just days after that damn Engine Light turned off (that had been on for some time). I hadn't had time to get it to a shop to get a reading on it...so now i was driving, and came to a stop, and it dropped in RPM's from a normal maybe..800 down to like 500 or 600 RPMs, to the point of almost stalling. Is this just proof now its prolly an O2 sensor i have to replace, or is this the Air Mass Meter?

But more imortantly...is this okay to drive a few hundred kilometers back home to my mechanic? or should it be fixed ASAP. Wats the worst that can happen?...Bad fuel milage?

Sounds like you have a vaccum leak somewhere.
