Like where is a good place to find them thats good quality and cheap

and many people recomment them

im talking about the braces that go under your hood and in the trunk

those are what I speak of at least, hopefully I got the name right

and are they hard to install btw, any special modifications needed,

oh yea and are they hard to install

i looked on bav auto's website they have them as "stress bars" im guessing it's the same thing

and do you need any special tools to install them

or is it pretty much like bolt on and thats it

an instruction guide would be nice

O stress bar, yea they are pretty easy to install...here is the key 2 BMW's, u get waht u pay for, pick up a Actuve Auto stress bar, not too pricy and pretty damn good.. here http://www.aatuning.com

how do you install them?
like the front one's
does it require welding or just kinda bolt on
hopefully it comes with instructions, Im car retarded
