Looking to buy 325is

Hey all, i know someone selling a 95 325is thats lowered and is in decent shape(few rust spots) and has 150k on it though. He has 7,000$ in it and wants that much for it- it has new tires and rear wheel bearings as far as I know. it also has a sport package. 5 speed, tint- with this many miles should i be worried? The price is probably not negotiable either. I dont know much about these other than what i read for common problems. Ive owned toyotas, hondas, and mazdas my whole life. I just want to know how long this motor will last if taken care. thanks

The miles should be fine as long as the car has been taken care of ie.. oil changed properly regular maintinence.

youre buying a bimmer so the mileage should be ok...
