lock cylinder suck or broken

My drivers side lock cylinder wont turn left or right, I just pulled my car out of storage for the weekend and When i put it in it didnt work all that well, It froze like a week before and i forced it to unlock, almost bent the key.

So what can i do how hard is it to take the lock cylender out?

If I buy a new one dont I have to get new keys and lock cylynders all around my car and the ignition?

i would go to the dealer for that, they can punch in your vin number, and get all the original parts for you... including the door lock, and u wont have to worry about changing all the locks
