| lights n windows have become retarded.
I now found something to go on as far as my brake lights failing. A little refresher....All I did was change bulbs and now the windows and locks wont work. Unless however i change fuse 6. I have a 1992 325is with 105k, which is what leads to next question. The fuse 6 description states "rear window/heater locks". No rear power windows with a two door. So what is this fuse shorting on? If I change it and dont touch the brake pedal the fuse is fine. As soon as I hit the brakes the fuse blows, but the brake lights are fine....now. But they are the reason for all this. Any ideas would be great. I did have to adjust contacts on the lights themselves due to corrosion. Maybe the whole light needs replaced?
