lighting questions, depos or zkws(best bang for buck), installing hids, best ae's
hey guys my car is almost complete thanks to you guys, so now to finish it off with lighting, i have a couple of questions before i go ahead and top it off
1. best bang for your buck, depo ellipsoids or zkw ellipsoids? how long does each last? or is it just the bulbs that die
2. some good angel eye brands? does it matter? what about the umnitza predator chromium? is there a specific brightness for angel eyes?
3. if i buy euro headlights pre-installed with AE's and install hids myself is it hard? do i have to drill a hole in the back? are xtecs good hids b/c i heard they are cheap and dont last long
4. what are some good aftermarket fog light bulbs to match with 6k hids headlights?
o btw i already called koperformance, umnitza, jlevisw and compared the package pricing, they all avg about the same, ko is a lil more expensive but john paul at ko sounds like they actually have the best stuff.
ok whew i had to get all this off my chest, anyways thanks in advance again

What do you guys think about these from emotion garage. Has anyone here ever bought from them? Their sold out now, but the DEPO Euro Ellipsoids come out to $550 free shipping including Xtec HIDs.
i believe the emotion garage ones use dj auto housing/glass not sure though
mine are dj auto and i've had no problems whatsoever since i've had them (almost a year) *knock on wood* but if you're worried about them going bad, just get the depo projector36's

yeah whats the deal with everyone saying dj's are bad?? is there something i didnt know about them?? enlighten me...
We used to carry ZKW's exclusively because we found the old version of DEPO E36 headlights to be of unacceptable quality.
DEPO has since revamped their entire line of headlights and we have sinced picked them up because of their VAST increase in quality and perfection. Our Projector36 start out as DEPO headlights but we custom install a version of our Predator Chromium angel eyes and ProLumen HID kit set behind Euro projectors for the ultimate lighting upgrade. We offer a full lifetime warranty, email/phone technical support, plug and play installation as well as everything you need to complete the install with common household tools.
Feel free to call or email (1.888.JLEVISW, sales@jlevisw.com) or even IM (Nick at JSW, Jlevi SW) with any questions. Here is the product page and a few pictures:

not sure but the quality seems to be fine for me, since i've installed them they've always been working, also i hear zkw's have a more difficult fitment when you're trying to fit a bigger intake in there or some kind of forced induction
