1 month isn't really a long time, I don't think you need to do anything. You could unplug the battery if you want. But you shouldn't have a problem starting it agian after a month. How's the weather where you live?
If you're really anal about it, you can jack the car up and leave it on jackstands to prevent flat spots on the tires. It's doubtful you'll have any after only 1 month. You can also stick some socks into your exhaust pipes to prevent buildup in moisture and rusting in the tailpipes. This is usually the procedure people would go through for winter storage. They would also drain the gas tank and coolant from the radiator. You could get a friend to start the car up once in a while and drive it, that would be the most ideal thing to do.
My uncle leaves for vaction every winter, and I take his '87 911 out to blast out those carbon desposits and any moisture buildup. Anyways, don't worry about it. Your car will be fine.
