When I drive in rain my lovely 320i convertible leaks. I am pretty sure it is the rubber on the front window style (so where the front of the windows rest against when it is up. The rubber there is messed up. But before I order a part that is rather expensive (amazingly expensive actually) I need some confirmation I got the right bit. On Pelican I think I found the right part but as it has no image I am not sure. Anybody around who can confirm the part?

And next to this thing, do I need anything else, like glue or something? Personally I done oil, wiperblades and even brakepads, but my technical skills end right there. Is this something I should attempt?
