Laggy In Lower Speeds

Ive noticed recently my cars been laggy, like if im slowing down it'll feel like the rpms are just hard to like.....get up

what could this be?
it shifts fine so it aint transmission
it's an auto btw

it has about 100K Miles on it. could it be idle control valve, but that wouldnt make much sense cause it's while im driving

or o2 sensor
if it's o2 sensor needs cleaning, anyone got instructions on how to clean it?

My car does the same thing but mine is programmed to start in second gear and then about two seconds then it down shifts in to first and it is hard to notice it shift, but i've got an auto and it's an E32 with an M60 engine

Get the fault memories check before you do anything this should point you in the right direction. Ask for the printout so you can check on the fault numbers
