I don't care if he is joking. Furious, lock this thread so he can't change it, and send his IP and the time of post to the Police of the area that his IP originates from. That way even if he has a dynamic IP from his ISP they will be able to know who had it when it was posted. Let the cops near him sort out whether or not what he says is true.
