Only one way to do it. You have to lift it from the fender (BY HAND) while another person places a jack under it.

I would think again in lowering your car that much. You'll end up screwing up your rear universal joints within a year.
Anyway, below is a link to a hydraulic jack especially for lowered cars.

that is a hell of a drop bro!! anyways your options would be... have someone to help you... or have a jack in the back of your car that will lift your car high enough till you can get the factory one in there.. like a floor jack haha
