Just got in my new bimmer!!!

Hey, iv been reading these forums for quite a while so i could get some info on e36 bimmers. Ive always been in love and i finally got the chance to get one of my own. Its only got 25k miles and its a 97. Let me know of some good/inexpensive upgrades such as exhaust and engine upgrades.

i'd go with:

exhaust
CAI
chip

these are not alot of hp gains, but its a good start.

yeah i was definately thinking of a CAI and considering exhaust. Believe it or not i actually got the car for a great price on ebay from an elderly guy haha. With that kind of mileage and tinted windows with sport package and 6 cd changer etc... it was a great deal!! Also will someone tell me a little bit more about these angel eyes ..thanks :wink

they wont work without ellipsoid projectors. You'll need to buy them first.(around $300).

Thats no too bad of a price on rings, which you can then install.

However, for about 5-600 you can buy ellipsoids with AEs already installed.

ohh yeah....i have the same car and am making the swap to smoke indicators front/side and rear. they look bad ass on the avus blue. sweet car. i like your wheels more. :

engine upgrades? go with the usual, CAI , exhaust, and performance chip, all under $1000 each, and will give you slight gains.
