Jittery Clutch

I bought a 1994 325i 5 speed a few days ago and 550 miles into my ownership the clutch has started to jitter in 1st or reverse. The car has 90,000 miles

It only happens when the car has been driving for around 20 min or it doesn't happen at all. This is stop and go LA traffic mostly and I am VERY VERY polite to my clutch so hopefully it isn't my fault. This is similar to issues I have in my 2000 Subaru when it is cold. It is currently low 100's in LA.

like when its almost fully engauged i get a wobble in the pedal and the vehicle
its really slight right?
i was thinking that it was time go get a new clutch

Tried to dig up as much as I could. Seems it's a common problem.

'Hot clutch shudder is common on many newer BMWs, my 318iS has is once or twice a year and my old E30 318iS had it once. When the clutch gets VERY hot it will judder when first or second gear is engaged. This happens in town driving after the car has been driven for a very long time. "If its the original clutch it will need changing by now anyway - all the early-mid E36s had dodgy clutches with asbestos-free friction material - as a result they werent very good at dissipating the heat that builds up when in stop-start traffic.

mine does it too-after stop and go conditions. My car has 140K on original clutch tho...
