Jacking and jack-standing E36 front and rear.

Greetings!

I know this info is here somewhere, I just cant find it. I don't have pads -- was going to use folded newspaper for a pad and set the jackstand directly under the jacking port and at the hole where the locator disc was fitted.

But where do I set the floor jack to get it up high enough to set it on the jackstand? I'm going to creeper under the front and replace the steering fluid reservoir.

Maybe some will see this in the next hour or so as I am in the middle of -- actually through with -- flushing it from above.

By the way, the cast "disc on a stick" that is supposed to be in the tool kit to engage a floor jack via the regular tire jack port is missing. :/
