Ok here goes a really dumb question... Does anyone have a 92 E36 with intermittent wipers and been sucessful in actually adjusting the delay as described in the owners manual? I can't seem to get these stupid things to change the delay. Am I an idiot? (ok that may be a seperate issue) can anyone try this out or tell me that they have had sucess. I have follwed the owners manual instructions, moving the lever from position zero to position 1 and then back to postion zero waiting for the length of time you want the delay then back to position one. no luck.. Am I interpreting this wrong? thanks for any feedback.
Only the European models have that feature, i dont know why it's listed in our owner's manuals though I know you can get the feature by changing out a module behind the glove box.
I rarely use the windsheild wipers, so I can't help you out. But a question for you, on the rear do the outside two bulbs in the tail lights light up when you turn thel ights on? Or only the one furthest to the outside.

I can double check, but I beleive only the outside one lights up with the lights on. The reason i think this is becuase every once in a while i get a taillight failure warning on the control computer (i have no idea what the real name of this thing is) and i just pull the tail light cover from inside the trunk and wiggle the socket around a bit. it is always the lower outer light socket, so i am pretty sure that it the only one becuase the other side lights up only the lower outer bulb.
This is odd. Suposedly I read that the eurospec tails have two lights that light up the outside two, and US spec only light the outside. But mine lights them both, and has the crappy headlights.
I'm going to start a new thread with a poll to see.
