View Poll Results: Should i put red color lights in the interior of my car (courtesy lights)?
P.S. The local parts store will have some red bulbs that will look too long for the bults in the rear seats, but they fit. They're brighter because they're 10w instead of the stock 5w but they work. Plus it's like 6 bucks so if you dont like it you didn't really get burned.

Ditto that! The idea of having different interior lights had been contemplating around my head for awhile now, the problem was that no one really gave me any straight forward answers about where to buy or what size, etc. Any one else out there no any more info about this? PLease post it. By the way, when you say local pars shop, do you mean like an Autozone or a BMW shop?
I mean like autozone. Check out the "ricer section" (sorry to say) or ask them for colored interior lights. What you have to understand with these lights, is they're very very simple 12v little lights. They don't have to be exact. The little ends just need to fit into the holes in the tabs.
Even if the bulb is longer than the ones for the back, it WILL still fit, there's tons of room in that housing. They will most likely have a bulb to fit the front dome light however.
I got bulbs for the back that were 10w instead of 5w, so they're brighter. I have yet too see if it looks good cause I just did it today.
Pics will be up in a couple hours, it's starting to get dark. I'm thinking night photo shoot.
