interior heater pipe leak

Hi all,have just been out in my 1995 1.6i compact and when i turned the heater on i noticed some water dripping from under the glovebox,i have removed glovebox and there are 2 white heater pipes coming through the bulkhead and water is running down the outside of 1 of these pipes,having not had the car for long and not knowing a lot about heaters could the problem be the sealing frame or the heater matrix any help gratefully sought

Check to see if A/C drain is plugged,

Thanks for the help,the problem has been located as a worn washer/gasket on the pipe that comes through the bulkhead to the heater matrix,ta all
