Unhappy interior heater pipe leak

Hi all, have just been out in my 1995 1.6i compact and when i turned the heater on i noticed some water dripping from under the glovebox,i have removed glovebox and there are 2 white heater pipes coming through the bulkhead and water is running down the outside of 1 of these pipes, having not had the car for long and not knowing a lot about heaters could the problem be the sealing frame or the heater matrix any help gratefully sought
