Interior Dome light issue

Hi all, kinda new here, but am having trouble with my interior dome light wich turns on all interior lighting, it keeps coming on, on its own, and its getting annoying. I find myslef turning it off continuously. any help is greatly appreciated. My car is a 2004 325CI....Thank's!!!

It sounds like the latch assembly in one of the doors might be getting stuck which is causing the dome lights to come on automatically.

I recommend buying a can of PB blaster and spraying the latches on all of the doors. Open and close each door 10-15 times to ensure the latches are lubricated appropriately. I had a friend with this same problem where his dome lights would come on when the car would sit overnight and consequently drain his battery.

Now the alarm goes off and the passenger door even when its closed multiple times the dash lights up and says the doors open when its well closed!
