Interior and dash board problems 1994 325is

First I would like to say thanks for the welcome aboards being a newbe. I am working on a '94 325is that the interior is coming apart. The door panels are becoming unglued, can this be fixed? Also the instrument panel and controls light sometimes and quit working sometimes, where do I start .

Door cards- Either replace the plastic push-fit lugs or use a silicon adhesive.
As for the cluster... Try a donor unit to see if that works fine, otherwise it could be a dodgy connection to/from a control module, try unplugging the re-plugging any connections you can get to !

For the lights, check wires first, just as Dabsy said. The on/off nature of the issue seems like loose connections would be a prime suspect. Checking the fuses can't hurt either.
