Interior of 323is vinyl or leather?

I have a 1999 BMW 323is with light grey leather seats. Is the rest of the interior vinyl or leather? I want to apply the correct detailing products. TIA

It depends. The door panel leather was an option from the dealer. If you know what genuine leather looks like and how it feels, then you should be able to distinguish. I have this option on my car and the only plastic/vinyl is the dash and the back of the driver and passenger seats.

leatherette is thighter and stiffer than regular leather, it is also more durable

if you're not sure what it is, you can use leather cleaner everywhere really, even if it isnt real leather. However, the dash is vinyl.
