instrument cluster issues

So I am having this issue with the instrument cluster on my e36. this picture was taken with the car running. It isn't always like this, sometimes the cluster works fine. For example I could start my car and everything works fine for as long as its running and if i shut it off then start it up again this will happen or vice versa but it will never stop working or start working while its running. any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. the instrument get on and off. but the engine still running ok. i hope anyone can help us here. i am not sure if i need to change the cluster. as i remember before i tried to reset my change oil indicator and i think it start the problem here. and my airbag light starting to turn on.
