Installing cone filter intake

Hey guys, Im about to intall a cone filter intake on my bimmer and i've run into the problem of what to do with the Intake Air Box Thermostat that is connected to the air box. Can anyone tell me what i do with that? Thanks in advance.

Damn, I hope someone knows cause I've got the piece ready to install and it's not gonna take long. Im being teased cause I have the intake ready and everything but can't use it. Someone please help asap!

There should be a hole in the intake for it, if there isn't just zip tie it up out of the way. Then take picttures and post them.

yeah using AIM is fine if you want to get ahold of me. Or just PM me cause I check the boards a lot. If you do use AIM make sure you just say you're from the forum so I don't just block you or anything.

I'll try and remember to take a pic of my car, it's got a conical intake, but I didn't put it in so I'll try and figure it out.
