Hi Everyone,
I just replace my pads and rotors and got my new sensors in the mail. I really need to put them on so that darn warning light will go out, but I'm not sure how. Does anyone know which wheels they go on and how to do this? Anyone have pictures of the prodedure? This is for an '89 325i. I would really appreciate it.
Thanks. ghead
they plug in to the existing ports. tehn you slip them in the middle of the outside brake pad. the medal part goes in, the clip goes out. should just slide in. i wish i had a picture for you. but its very simple.
hey
not sure on urs , but on mine the sensors are on the front left and back right side. the sensor slides in a small cut out hole on the back plate of the pads if i remember right...hope this helps

Maybe this will help. BMW pad sensors go on the left front and the right rear. They slip right into a notch on the inside pads. They go on the inside pads because it's easy to see the outside pad if it's low but harder to see the inside one. After installing the new sensors turn the key to position 2 till the brake linning light turns off.
