If you have the wheels and tires then it costs about $3-$6 per tire to be put on a different wheeland put on your car. That should include balancing the tires. The callipers are part of your brakes. They are the things that clench the brakpads. If they are saying you need to replace those to put on new wheels/tires they are crazy. If you don't trust them take it some where that you do trust. However, it should be fairly obvious if you need to replace them. The brakes or brake in question should either stick or not be able to brake with full force.

edit: alignment costs about $50-$60 if you get it done some where like sears auto center.
Looks hot those are what I want for my car but 18s. I thought stock were 19s?

you really should spend the money and have an alignment done at a propper BMW garage, be it a dealer or mechanic. As for mounting the wheels, it would have been cheaper to buy a good jack and put them on yourself, then taken them to be balanced.

The alignment cost seems a bit iffy, those rims are 17's so they are replicas. 18's are stock e46 M3 rims. 19's are teh e46 M3 upgrades rims which are also deeper than the 18's.
Edit: OH YEA, sorry, sweeet. those rims look very nice with your car. we really shouldn't be critiquing u
