I was wondering if anyone would know how much it would cost to INSTALL the following on a 95' 325iS :
1] Angel Eyes
2] Spoiler (no light)
3] Rims
*oh, and how much would a good water pump cost?? I'm thinking $400 but who knows how much mechanics cost

all depends on the brand,
angel eyes can range from about $700-$1200
a wing can be around $200-500
and rims can be around $180 each - $500

So at most about $3700
and at least about $1700 or so?

Not how much to buy but install right?
Angel Eyes - 2 hours labor
Wing - 1 hour labor plus paint
Rims - do it yourself, if you can change a flat you can do this.
I think like $40 for the pump then installation, easy fix first thing I did to my bmw

the only thing on your list that i wouldnt do would be the spoiler. painting it and drilling into the body of the car is beyond me. installing a water pump isnt hard from what i hear and the angel eyes/ zkw's isnt too bad if your careful. i trust myself more than a mechanic to do these smaller things, plus you gain a lot of knowledge about your car when you DIY. mounting the rims on the tires isnt very costly but you should definetaly be skilled enough to put them on the car...my grandmother can even do that hahaha
