indicator lights starts to go on and off when I close my car....

I think my bmw has a silent alarm, does anyone know how to disable this alarm? Or how to shut it down?

It's unbelieveble irritating, it worked apparently whole night and my battery was dead... Maybe I just has to remove some fuses?

It's better to find out what caused that.

could be one of those aftermarket alarms... dunno how long you've owned it or whether u had an alarm installed.

However, if your car has the factory installed alarm, try and pull out your anti-theft fuse. If the symptoms you complain of disappear, then you have isolated your problem

where can I find the anti-theft fuse?

because that's not in my owners manual.

my garage also doens't know what the problem is....

can you help me out?

on a '97 318: the fuses having to do with anti-theft would be, Fuse 43 & 47. Check also integrity of Fuse #7

If your car is fitted with aftermarket alarm, thats a different story. Get under your dash and check is the only way to do this.
