this morning i got to school, which im still here, and i went to turn off my car and my radio stayed on, i figured that my car was still in the on poisition. so i turned it again as if i was starting my car and the key moved freely with no catching of anything. it just turns freely. im not sure what happened, i didnt do anything out of the ordinary from my everyday driving. did my ignition just go or what? also if i get it towed with a tow dolly, i tow it from the rear correct, (rolling on the front wheels)? thanks boys/girls.

Similar thing happened to me, and it was that my ignition cylinder had broken. there is a thin piece of metal behind the cylinder that over time gets worn and breaks. I would suggest pulling yours out first to look at it and see what's wrong. It is a pain in the ass though. hope this helps a little.

well since u have to tow from the back, our cars oilpans are in the front, so any bumps and bam, ur oil pan = busted, (not to mention front bumper, etc.)
